Autosemantics Demonstrates Carbon Reduction via IoT-Based Energy Consulting

A recent article reported that the Central City complex in Seoul — home to Shinsegae Gangnam and the Express Bus Terminal — is successfully advancing the implementation of an AI-based Building Energy Management System (AI BEMS).

Autosemantics completed the development of an IoT data platform for the project last year and subsequently conducted AI-driven analysis and energy-saving consulting based on collected operational data.

As a result, a significant reduction in carbon emissions was achieved during the summer season this year.

The full deployment of the AI BEMS is currently underway, and once completed,

Central City is expected to further optimize real-time energy performance and evolve into a leading model for eco-friendly and intelligent building management in large-scale urban complexes.

Autosemantics 以物聯網能源諮詢驗證碳減排成效

近日有報導指出，位於首爾、集 新世界江南店 與 高速巴士客運站 於一體的綜合商業體 Central City，

正成功推進 AI 建築能源管理系統（AI BEMS） 的建設。

Autosemantics 於去年完成該項目的 物聯網（IoT）資料平台 搭建，

並基於所收集的運行資料，進行了 AI 分析與節能諮詢策略制定。

結果顯示，在今年夏季期間，項目已實現了 顯著的碳排放削減效果。

目前，AI BEMS 的全面部署正在順利進行中。

隨著系統的持續完善，Central City 有望實現建築能源的 即時最優控制與自主運行，

並成為大型城市綜合體中 綠色、高效、智慧化能源管理的標竿案例。
